Abstract

The Dirty Water Submersible Pump production line has been established for year in FLUENT, the Chinese Submersible Water Pump Manufacturer. The dirty water pump is divided into two branches and multiple models with different power versions is offered to meet customers’ various demands.

Introduction

The submersible pump is one of the main product lines manufactured in FLUENT, the Chinese water pump manufacturer and supplier. Submersible pump, or also called electric submersible pump, is a device which has a hermetically sealed motor close-coupled to the pump body. The whole assembly is submerged in the fluid to be pumped. Submersible pumps push fluid to the surface, generally, they comes with larger pumping rate but lower delivery height, compared with jet pumps. Depends on the different water quality, the submersible pumps can be further classified into two branches - dirty water submersible pumps and clean water submersible pumps.

Classification

Dirty water submersible pumps are found in many household applications in your garden or home, especially for drainage purpose. Dirty water submersible pumps are suitable for the water in which the solid impurities are smaller than 35mm. Therefore, these pumps are ideal for draining your flooded basement, outdoor cistern and even the pond. Differing in the materials of pump body and manufacture procedures, Dirty Water Submersible Pump are further classified into two production lines of FLUENT: Dirty Water Pump in Plastic Casing and Dirty Water Pump in Stainless Casing.

The plastic submersible pump models are respectivelyeconomic and portable.Since the materials of the shell are all made in thermoplastic, including the handle, the pump body and the base. Therefore, it has the smaller weight and relatively less cost compared with the stainless models in the same power rate. Moreover, all three parts of the pump shell can be customized in color.

Stainless steel casing ones aredurable and powerful.As stated in its series name, the whole series of models have a stainless steel main body, ensuring the durability and robustness. As for the handle and the base, FLUENT offers bunches of solutions based on customers’ choice and willingness.  

Distinguished by the material of the pump base, the Dirty Water Submersible Pump in Stainless Casing can be further divided into two two subbranches.

-The B-Series

The pump in B-series has the pump base made in thermoplastic and the pump body made in stainless steel, as the capital letter "B" indicated in the model name.

-The S-Series

The S-series product line offers the submersible models with stainless steel made base. This production line is meant to produce the most durable models to meet the toughest using scenarios. The model name is followed the suffix letter "S".

Specification

Depending on the different application scenarios and possible occasions, multiple models with various appearance have been designed, tested and manufactured by FLUENT. To further expand thepracticability of the dirty water submersible pumps, equipped with different versions of the electrical motors manufactured by FLUETN, multiple power rates of the pumps are offered.

Generally, the power rate and its corresponding specification are listed as the following table, including its voltage, flow rates and maximum delivery heights. FLUENT also offers specially tuned motors to meet different specification demands. The motor with a voltage of 110V are available as well.

Output Connection

Considering the potential impurities in pumped water, dirty water submersible pumps are designed with a side water output. This output is mostly reserved on the pump base to further used for the water pipe connection with a thermoplastic madeconnector accessory contained in the package.

Thestandard connector paired with the dirty water submersible pump allows the fast connection of hoses in different diameters varying from 1’’ to 2’’ and connection with thread that meets BSP(British Standard Pipe Parallel Thread) standard or NPT(American National Pipe Taper) standard.
